Everybody knows Bill is infected, and becomes a new specie of special zombies. :P
I edited the intro movie of Left 4 Dead to show you what kind of special zombie he becomes. xD
I was kinda bored, so nothing really serious tho.

hey i found a secret: see the intro wheres a hand with no thumb... ok in the hospital go to one of the rooms and see the x rays there from a thumb and a hand so the dead guy was a patient there
