@Freyja1133 I believe it's worth trying as his voice must fit Yngwie's music.But as long as Yngwie goes his own way by hearing nothing from others' opinions,he must search for singers eternity until he finds a robot who sings perfectly and always say "YES-sir"".

I should say anyone a fan of tony's should check his page out. Hes really down to earth pretty cool and he tries to answer as much questions as possible. He makes it a personal level with his fans like we're more of friends than fans of his, you guys really should check him out on facebook, tony harnell's page

Tony Harnell is my hero. I think he brought a whole new level of songwriting to 80s metal, and hasn't stopped honing his craft to this day.

@NEWYORKSTORM13 Noone,including either Tony or Yngwie,knows they may fit each other or not until something starts rolling by them together.I do believe Tony's voice fits Yngwie music,and there are not too many left that Yngwie can choose from singers who are knonn and has potential.IF I was a manager of either Tony or Yngwie,I do put them into the studio and lock the door until they can come up with any music.

@rockrabbitt i had actually asked tony on facebook could u ever see yourself fronting for yngwie? tony's response hey Lou what is this an interview ? lol...goes onto say yngwie's a great talent but im not into his type style & im sure hes not into my work. lets just keep it at that. & yes tony really does answer as much questions as he can. & its really him!! everything hes ever replied to up to that concert proves my point, if u bought his cd he personally autographed it, like mine to Lou...

@rockrabbitt i cant believe im reading this right...months ago i said the same thing bout tony & yngwie, i asked tony himself could u ever see yourself fronting for yngwie, he responds what is this an interview? lol. but as a matter of fact tony is on facebook if it hadnt been for facebook & keeping in contact with him & his fans id never had tha great chance to see him live during his mercury train round trip release performance he was great!! & his wife amy is in his band too.
