Overview of what is happening:
Imagine trying to listen to 5 radio stations simultaneously. It's not an easy task (just try 2-3 if you have any doubt!). Now imagine that these 5 signals were playing different songs, with different volume settings, and were placed randomly around in your environment. How easy would it be to do anything in such an environment? This distorted 'sea of noise' coming from all directions would make it impossible to focus and be at peace.


What most people don't realize is that our modern environment is doing the exact same thing. But instead of just a sea of audio noise, we are getting bombarded energetically with chemicals, radiation, toxins, wireless signals, and negative thoughts.
