@MrCrackhead33 I think so but it's a matter of opinion I guess. I have heard this before but it probably depends on the individual. That is to say, if you don't perform this kick correctly it won't be your strongest kick. You may perform a back leg turning kick with more power depending on your own technique. check out Joe Rogan's back kick in video : "Joe Rogan teaches GSP spinning kick." Definitely his strongest kick!

I do taekwondo and trust me those kicks are easy to do if you have been doing it for a long time but they really hurt!!!! Taekwondo is a mans sport and knockouts are frequent :/

@keinplaxx Judges will often grant points to a blocked strike. So, going forward with a more hard-style attitude of blocking attacks leads to getting out-pointed.
