Severance: Blade Of Darkness - Gameplay - Knight at Al Farum in full armor

So, here I'm playing Severance, a fantasy themed action adventure game. The superior combat mechanics, astounding level design, overall epic feel and gritty mutilations and gore system make this the best game in its category. That is why it deserved a gameplay video.

The video shows the starting of the level "Temple of Al Farum", also the map, thus allowing newer players to see in which order I have played the levels to get the knight full armor as soon as possible.

I don't have personal experience with Vista, but, yes, people have got the game working on it.

You might have to google around though, as I don't know the details.

By far in the top 5 best games of all time. This LEVEL is fucking incredible. Thats one of the best things about this game is the level design. The graphics are amazingly good for the time, and the fighting system is probably the best out there. This game is truly amazing, everyone should play it. Torrent it if you have to it doesn't matter, just play it.

@unrealdevon aw, that sucks. Sadly, I have no idea what could be the cause of stuttering. The only problems I ever had were the menu text dissappearing and some heavy fog at the Gorge of Orlok level; fixed with the OpenGL raster patch. I hope you get it working, wish I could've been of more help.

@dvlfsh Do you remember if you encountered any stuttering ? on win7 it seems to stutter for me and my speccs are way way better than the game requires.

Dats xactly Hw i feel abt ths game gr8 storyline, gr8 combat moves of the sword fights n al n precisely a gr8 game fr their time period n incomparable with the present games, totally stands out of everything. nostalgic n a total fantasy wrld lke the conan the barbarian type & pure gore n at tyms its even hrt pumping n humorous too. n i cud go on n on abt dis game. goes directly in my F@v list w/o any doubt..!!

wow! u just got this game a few month ago and DAM! the graphics and the pysics engine is realy good for it,s time! and the combat system is awsome! onely complaint i have is the sligtly confusing controls. like, u can tunr around with you mouse, but it barly turnes the character around and at the same time you can turn around with the A and D keys wich makes the mouse totaly useles.
