هیلا صدیقی، شاعر حامیِ جنبش سبز توسط دادگاه انقلاب به چهار ماه حبس تعزیری که به مدت ۵ سال تعلیق شده است محکوم شد.

به گزارش کلمه، شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب به ریاست قاضی پیرعباس امروز به اتهام این شاعر جوان رسیدگی کرد و وی نیز به دفاع از خود در مقابل اتهام ها پرداخت و در نهایت همین امروز نیز حکم وی صادر شد.

طبق حکمی که به صدیقی ابلاغ شد وی به ۴ ماه حبس تعزیری که به مدت ۵ سال به حالت تعلیق در می آید محکوم شده است. وی در صفحه فیس بوک خود اعلام کرده که به این حکم اعتراض نمی کند.

هیلا صدیقی که پس از انتخابات سال ٨٨ ، بارها احضار و مورد بازجویی قرار گرفته بود.

This is an Iranian student who composed this poem to support her fellow students' objection against oppression in June election in which Neda was killed and became a symbol of freedom fighters. Heart torn into pieces! (English)

It's the rain of Fall ,
It's the grief of heavens hall!
The bowing cloud crying in pain
of burning vein !
School of knowledge started with shout!
Head master sent cute funny kids out!
Slapping the cheerful youth, with hatred!
Fall again, school memories inner painted!
Oh classmate! We all miss you with care!
Friends and dying flowers at chair!
It's the rain of Fall crying on the prison wall,
I wish I could break it all!
Wonderful dreams we had of tomorrow!
Gone with the wind oh sorrow!
A generation with broken wings!
In falcons paw hunted rings!
The same falcon killed you before my eyes!
In a flash of time in dark skies!
Hopes anguished,
Friends separated or vanished!
You drank the juice of death!
Flying high in sky less breath!
I swear To every tear of grieved mothers!
To thoughts of honors!
I swear To every drop of lovers' blood!
To pains of cells in flood!
Oh...Classmate! We miss you with care!
Friends and dying flowers at chair!
My heart torn apart into pieces!
I swear love, To Jesus!
Tell! Happy in heaven?
Yell! Smell freedom in sky of seven
Still, miss the youth time & nation?

No innocents beheaded there?
