@MARZOOGI Almost 70% of Americans oppose the mosque. I oppose the mosque. Does this mean that I am racist? No! When I see people who are Muslims, i treat them with as much respect as I would treat anybody else. Should I be investigated? No! I am an ordinary American citizen and investigating me would be a waste of tax money. The legality is not the issue. I at first supported the mosque citing the First Amendment, but later changed my mind due to public outrage.

@barley96 Please tell you that I am kidding.....!!! Why say such a dumb statement? Pelosi is damn right as who is funding such an organized move and media for something that is nothing of a deal. US president is for it, New York mayor is for it and the American constitution is for it and Nancy Pelosi is for it but only a small minority racists who are mostly Zionists who are opposing only. America is a land of freedom for everyone and the Islamic center will be built and God is great...amen.
