At one time the Rambam was declared an apostate too! Why is it that it always seems to be money the obective to "slander" a person such as curagouse as Shmuley? He is getting his hands into the mud sort of speak while others watch at a distance. It's easy to spew dicontent at a person who atleast tries to dynamicly transform others by reflecting the views of BET HILLEL!

You seem to be obsessed with gay people. Boteach doesn't even talk about them very often. He also spends most of his time on matters that affect a general audience, which include Jewish and non-Jewish people. His main area of work seems to be marriage therapy. I'm sorry he's not as isolationist as you want him to be.

By posing the question of whether or not money and exposure were more important to Shmuley this individual commits an offence even if it is not said overtly. The Law is clear on this point. Relaying information that another is not well received in amonst other or certain communities is also ruled against. Lowering Esteem also strongly ruled OUT. Now its not clear that this was Boteach's motive. Even if it were true and not public this derogatory venom is forbidden. Where do you come with 'public'? Public? The Chofetz Chaim said even if Loshon Hora is WELL KNOWN,it is not to be repeated.There are so many elements of Loshon here addressed by the(contabove)
