and here we have it! let me warn anyone trying to figure out what actually works in the bullshit-filled world of fitness. most people who use the word "core" are full of it- these people tell you to do crunches. functional training is also an overused term.
but you know- and i mean KNOW- that the guy is full of shit... when he uses one of these swiss balls.
