Hey Mr. Education with your nose up in the air, I believe it was the 1st grade where they taught you never to start a sentence with AND!!! Before you go off and get technical with somebody, make sure you know the difference between actual definition, and what real people think of when they see the word "collapsed". Also, (did you get that, not AND, ALSO!) make sure you know what you're talking about before you rip someone for it jackass!

There should be a Public Hearing into the 2007 roof collapse. There was $5,000,000 diverted from roof safety to wages, salaries and bonuses. I am sure these funds were also diverted, most likely to pay off BCGEU and WorksafeBC representatives

The roof indeed did collapse. The roof lost structural integrity which is a definition of collapse. Take a look at the Oxford English or Merriam-Webster dictionary.
And regarding my education, I'm pretty sure the graduate school I attended was a few years after I finished grade one. And if you're going to level a comment regarding education, please be sure to use proper capitalization, punctuation and spelling.
