300 kg(660lbs) rack deadlift from knees,no straps or belt,at 49 years old,a lifetime best on this lift!!!!Done on 10th February 2008,at Altered Image Gym, Pudsey,Leeds.

    read the comments dickhead,back injury cannot do proper reps off floor so this is the way i do it,you have a problem tough shit twat

  • Cheers,there's always a way to lift round injuries,just gotta be patient and find what suits you.

  • Due to a lower back injury(doing 260kg regular deadlift),this is the most comfortable way for me to lift without aggravating it.Thanks for the comment though.

  • Not if he wants to focus on the last part of the lockout? It's still a legit movement. Just as the olympic weightlifters do hang clean, romanian deadlifts and all the other different parts of a full powerclean/jerk, a powerlifter can do the different stages of a deadlift depending on what the goal is.
