  • @gcollin69 Actually you imbecile! I am a 35th Shaolin disciple and have 19 yrs + experience, with a very good fight (San Shou) and Toulu record. My instructor is Shi Yan Ming Chen, Check him out. As for Shi Fu Wen, I was showing my respect for his dedication to spread the word to those who are curious about this style. I can't expect an idiot with "69" after his name to understand this. You must have mistaken this network for porn, unless Shifu Wen caught your fancy...?

  • @Samuel032593 Just to clear it up before someone calls me a moron, I am aware there are no "slam to peoples faces forms" lol I just use that to get the point across. Basically, if you don't slam the staff to the ground, it is not a "slam" form. :D

  • @mtp898 White wax wood. It is better for the slam forms, which is what this is. It is a very durable, highly flexible wood material and is the prime choice for shaolin monks, which is of course, what Bruce is and is ofcourse why he is using it :D Oak woods and things like that are more for the slam to people's faces forms, woods that are much more durable, but not nearly as flexible and tend to be much heavier. Hope this helps friend :)
