@TheMrNickolas David Fincher does collaborate a lot with Jordan Cronenweth's son. Jordan Cronenweth was the cinematographer of Blade Runner and Jeff Cronenweth has done the cinematography on Fincher's films since Fight Club but their collaboration was also before that as additional photographer etc. Not sure if they were collaborating back then but Fincher as a commercial director follows Ridley Scott and Cronenweth both father and son has influenced more then Fincher actually.

It's called "Montagues and Capulets" also known as "Dance of the Knights". It's from the ballet "Romeo and Juliet" by Sergei Prokofiev.
