The municipality of Playas de Rosarito is located 15 km south of the city of Tijuana, B.C. It's the youngest municipality in the state bordering the Pacific Ocean to the west, the municipality of Tijuana to the north, the municipality of Tecate to the east, and the municipality of Ensenada to the south.

Located just outside Tijuana, and beside the Pacific Ocean, Rosarito offers convenience, and tranquility outside the big city having all the necessary services on site, or nearby in Tijuana. Given that, and its 20 km distance form the international border with Southern California, Rosarito is positioned for off the charts growth, of which only the beginning is taking place at the present time.

The property is located at to the north entrance into town, adjacent to both roads' intersection; it's a 1,808,352 Sq. Ft. flat land parcel located in the corner of Blvd. Benito Juárez and Via Pemex; a typical off freeway retail parcel with great exposure, and access from both the toll and free roads.

Pabellon Rosarito Grand will integrate the best retailers in the Americas, with the best local fare, from artsy retailers, to great restaurants, and movie theatres for both local residents, and tourist of all kinds.

  • Rosarito is great!! a little overcast today but the town is doing a lot better than last year. Its seems like every weekend for the last 3 months we have been having great events. We have has concerts, Art Festivals, Lobster Village celebration, 50 mile bike race, Papas and Beer Flintstones festival and probably more I cant remember right now.

  • Yes this project did complete and is very busy. I go to the Walmart every week and catch a movie at the 10 theater Cineplex all the time. They just put a 3D screen in there this last month and the kids are lining up to get in. Applebee's is a great place to have dinner and watch sports on all of their big screen T.V.'s. This mall is defiantly a success. Thanks everyone for your comments!

  • SUERTE

  • Thank you for the comment. I have actually already filmed the update for this and have just be lagging on the editing part of the video. It should be up in the next week. The mall has been a great addition to our area. Even with all the bad press we area seeing some great companies and stores opening up there. Nothing has hurt Mexico more than all the exaggerated U.S. media stories. This is a great place and it is truly getting better every day. Thank You for stopping by and best wishes

  • truly nice! I hope I can visit this shopping mall too! XD

  • Does rosarito have the violence that other border areas have? It quite close to tijuana.

  • I guess the shopping center has been finished by now. I lived in Ensenada for 7 years but I loved Rosarito more. Thanks for the video. Click on epgeorge below and see my channel.

  • how is rosarito now???????my parents moved over there but how is it compared to 4 5 years ago???????is it pretty dead?

  • This looks more like a shopping center than a real mall. A mall is in door shopping, not out door.

  • i remember when they started this project.. have they finished it? A lot of things get started in Mexico but not finished.. Those last shots were the dreams of illustrators..

  • Thank you for this wonderful information!

  • wha the hell are those black things in the sky hasnt anyone notice them?
