This is my favourite commercial. Brings a tear to my eye every time I see it. For the past few Novembers I have unsuccessfully hunted for it online.

This has to be one of the best commercials ever. It always sends a shivver down my spine when I watch it. I'm glad someone finally found it and posted it. I've been searching for it for a long while.

If their services and ... costumer care would be as sensitive and good as the commercial I would certainly appreciate this company. Unfortunately it's the complete contrary and my 4 years experience with them is a total nightmare. Not even the tiniest sensivity or just basic care and respect for costumers here, for sure.

Anyone recall when this ad began to air? I've referenced it like every time I do a lesson on using emotion in marketing with my gr6 class over the years, only I could never find it...thanks for posting! Now back to sobbing into my sleeve.

Ok so I'm crying over this commercial-again....Two days ago my 19 yr. old son saw a very senior war veteran having lunch in a restaurant and ended up chatting with him for the better part of an hour. This soldier had his medals on..and my son has been raised with awareness of our troops and all that they have given us. At the end of the conversation, my son shook his hand, paid for his meal and thanked him. He said this hero had a tears in his eyes and told him thank you. I'm very proud.

I am a very big critic of commercialism and advertising: I refuse to call sports stadiums by their sponsor names, and instead say "Canucks Arena", etc.

And I have to say that I think this ad is amazing. As a soldier, and as a patriot, I hope this made just one young Canadian want to know more about our history.

My grand father was in the Queens own Cameron Highlanders of Canada! So yes I am proud of the Dieppe sacrifice ! Am I happy that a company uses it as a way to promote their crap not at all! I have that right to believe that some things are not to be used in such a manner ! Those men did not die so that a media company could make a commercial thats my peace!

Nobody would dare call long distance from France to Canada these days. Bhell's roaming + long distance charges would rape your wallet for the next few pay cheques. -_-
