well, this is orthodox, so what is the relevance. Or maybe there's also a text for every other faith different from your own.

No one can be catholic and orthodox at the same time! You should read the church fathers.There are many differences. But I know that the orthodox church become more and more catholic- that is the plan! When you can see no differences anymore than they will say let us unite!And St. Glicherie of romania said than the antichrist will come!

Both the Nicene Creed and Ecumenism are false. One born of the other. Nicene creed...the manner by which Egypt and Rome overcame the Scholas of Antioch.

Keep your friends close and your enemies closer...the real gambit of Roman Ecumenism.

There is Baptism only in becoming 'twice born' into intellect and then thrice born in Awareness...not in daubing or immersion in 'water'...much less the 'mud' of the Roman Biblos.

The Nicene Creed states the Orthodox Church's dogmatic basis, "I believe in one Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church. I believe in one baptism." Ecumenism rejects these fundamental truths of the church by teaching that there are many churches and many baptisms.

The beliefs of ecumenism and the beliefs of Orthodoxy are mutually exclusive. You can either believe in the Creed or you can believe in ecumenism, NOT BOTH.

We are about to witness a lot of changes in society. Our governments are teaching our children the future political agenda, no spiritual subjects. We must Teach our children the truth of Jesus. Christ desires Truth: the first councils were called right after His Ascension and the persecutions which followed. These Councils were to discern the truth of His Person, and that of the Holy Trinity from the falsehood which would destroy souls: Arianism which denied His Divine Nature. Other soul-destroying teachings came along: Augustine's pagan philosophy in Charlemagne's Creed (800 ad) contradicting the Lord's own words ("I will send the Holy Spirit Who proceeds from the Father"!).

But I understand you, it's very simple our point is: let all orthodox die, the Church lives on. We guard the first seven ecumenical councils, nothing more, nothing less. What did they say wrong? But some other's faith says something more, and this is what separates us. Of course we want unity, still we must guard what we received. God help us all!
