Phoenix two months after autism diagnosis

Video of Phoenix at the park about two months after we were given an autism diagnosis from the neurologist. He wasn't speaking or answering to his name. At this time he was getting speech 1/2 hr./wk and ABA therapy 4 hrs./wk.

Same thing happened to my kid. Normal, happy, healthy until the MMR. Right after the MMR we had testing done that showed VERY high levels of mercury, arsenic, antimony, and bismuth. Immunizations, as they are given now in such high quantities at such an early age, cause autism. I wish it weren't so. FWIW, I am an engineer who has worked with the EPA in the area of environmental toxins.

I didn't get any testing like that done. But I've gone with what my instincts tell me and I agree it was the vaccines. Also, cause and effect. The doctors I've seen seem to just throw that reasoning out the door when I tell them why I think it was the vaccines.

What a beautiful boy, our son who is 2 1/2 has been diagnosed with autism 4 weeks ago, he had his MMR in the UK (we now live in Thailand) and in my opinion was fine before the jab. We are attending a hospital for special needs and we have seen a big change in him already (but still no talking), how is you son doing now after his treatment ?

He has made alot of improvement. he's 5 now and communicates his needs verbally, answers to his name, plays appropriately with toys and his brothers. We are still working on his speech. He is still learning to talk in short sentences. Early intervention and schooling helps a ton. So does having loving and supportive family. :) Good luck with you son.

@MellzTube Look into some natural detoxing methods, gluten & dairy-free diets. There are physical reasons why your son exhibits these symptoms. I wish your family all the best & I hope your child gets cured.

I'm sorry, but he does the *exact* type of eye contact that he does on the "pre-autism" video. Trying to look behind the camera, with the "contact" being more of him looking at the camera than looking at "eyes"

as someone who is autistic and actually did some research i can tell you: none of the vaccins did, the roots of autism lie in genetics, meaning youre born autistic

why then do most children get diagnosed around the age of 3 you ask?

to that i pose another question: what is the age at which children are expected to start socializing for the first time?

if youre answer to both questions is no (which i suspect) then what makes you think youre even nearly qualified to judge what causes something (like autism) that is beyond common medical and psycological knowledge?
