@OriginalRosaryx3 I know you were asking Heather, but I just happened to see this and thought maybe I could help. I've had over 50 piercings since the time I was 15, and I worked in a tattoo shop for about a year. Plain old anti-bacterial soap and water is great for aftercare, and also products like H20 Ocean (sea-salt based aftercare products). Tea tree oil should get rid of those little red bumps you're talking about. It stinks, so it isn't fun to put on your nose, but it works wonders.
