First of all to all the haters , negative comments Patrick Strong is not in the clip at all only briefly . Rick Mitchell and Manami B . are doing the demo. So don't judge Pat by Rick or Manami. I am a long time student of Pats , and he is an authority on speed and power. I've trained with many many big wigs famous people . None of them are as fast as Pat.
