How To Make a Plasma Cutter From Dead Space 2

Things you will need for this build are: cardboard, glue, scissors, 3 Christmas tree lightbulbs, and colored paper.
This week I am going to show you how to make a Dead Space 2 plasma cutter. Sorry that this tutorial is so late but I have had a lot on my plate lately and did not have time to edit this episode until now.
