I walked into Joe's room but he wasn't there. Actually, it was unusually clean. Hm... I walked into Nick's room. He was sitting on his bed playing his guitar. "Hey, Nick do you know where Joe is?" "Yup. Visiting Jasmine," he answered without looking up. "Oh, okay." I turned and walked out of his room. Wait, what? I turned and went back in. "What do you mean?" He sighed and looked up from his guitar, "Joe is in Maine, visiting Jasmine. He left last night." "What does mom and dad think?I thought they said he couldn't go...?" "Well," Nick said, "that's the thing. I'm covering for him." "Nick!" "What?!" I sighed. Joe is ... crazy, insane, pshycotic; I could go on. Most of all, he's in love and I knew how that felt so I can let him off the hook this time. "When is the coming back?" I asked. "Monday afternoon." "How the heck are you going to cover for him that long?" Nick shrugged, "it's only a few days. Besides, you're going to help me." "What? No way!" He gave me a look. I gave one back, "what about the time he s-" I rolled my eyes. "Fine! Fine!" I walked more into his room and closed the door. "What do you have in mind," I asked as I say down on his bed. "Well..."




Joe's POV

After Jasmine left the room things became even more tense and awkward. I stared at Will and he stared at me. No, he glared at me. What did I do to him?! HE was the one who kissed my girl friend, and HE was the one who was here with her now. I didn't do anything to him! I really hate him. I took a sip of my Red Bull and glanced away from him. When I looked back, he was still glaring at me. "Okay, dude, what's your problem?!" He shook his head, "I don't have one." "Then stop looking at me like that, geez!" He took a sip of his Red Bull then said, "how am I looking at you?" Oh, my God. What, is he 10?! I shook my head and rolled my eyes, "whatever." I looked away from him again and studied the kitchen. It was a nice room. Sort of small but nice. I took in a breath then let it out in a tired sigh. "She's too good for you." I turned my head and stared at Will. I knew that but HE shouldn't be saying anything. "Wh-" He cut me off, "way to good. You put her through too much." Woah. She told him?! I raised my eye brows, "and you are?" He stood up straighter, "no, but I'm better than you, Jonas!" "Oh, really?" I scoffed, "do you know that her favorite color is blue(a/n I might get some of this wrong- I don't remember everything I wrote exactly haha) or that she's extremely ticklish on her sides? That she's lived in more than 12 states in 4 years? Do you know about her family? Do you know all her likes and dislikes? Do you know her favorite song? Does she tell you everything and anything? Do you listen?I doubt it. Do you know that she has a little birthmark on her ..." I trailed off. I got a little ahead of myself there. Wow, he better have not known about that. "... on her ...?" Will was smirking at me. Aw, crap. I'm sure I turned a little red. "never mind," I muttered. He laughed, loudly. "Okay, okay, man. I get it." He raised his hands in defence. I slightly smiled and nodded, "good." He held out his hand and I grasped it. (a/n what the heck is that thing called when guys... Hug?? Idk!!! That's what they did there.... Yeah... Heeheeee) Will took a long gulp from his can then put his arm over my shoulder. "Now," he said, "tell me about this birth mark."
