This is the lazy mans way to super fitness! I like 1 Arm LongCycle. You can do a lot of work in 5, 10, 20 minutes and still feel fresh. Someone asked me why I do a lot of this exercise. I'm not sure, maybe I'm lazy. I also did a lot of Jerk and Snatch in my life so maybe it's a nice break. I still do a lot of other things though. I recommend 1 Arm LongCycle to a lot of people wanting strength and conditioning for other sports actually. It's a time saver and allows other practice of sport to go well.
