Originating in La Paz Iloilo where this dish was first concocted, this dish has been the favorite of many Ilonggos and foreigners alike. Amongst other noodle dishes this is one that truly stands out. Special, Super special to mega special, its description is just out of bounds. Chef Peach shows us how this enticing dish is made.

  • I'm Ilonggo and hindi naman ganyan magluto ng Batchoy. Pati pronounciation ng batchoy niya mali pa.

  • nakakahiya naman ang monterey.. magpopromote lng ng product nila, hindi pa magawang tama ang paluluto ng batchoy..

  • so sorry to say chief Peach i think u need to see urself with native illonggos how to cook exactly the"Batchoy" im pure illongga and my granny well known in ilo-ilo for making batchoy....the way u showed us is understandable that u r just tyring to promote ur product hehhhe,the secret of perfect batchoy is in the stock.   • That's not Batchoy...I lived in La Paz and that's a very far attempt of cooking our native delicacy...what a shame..
