so sorry to say chief Peach i think u need to see urself with native illonggos how to cook exactly the"Batchoy" im pure illongga and my granny well known in ilo-ilo for making batchoy....the way u showed us is understandable that u r just tyring to promote ur product hehhhe,the secret of perfect batchoy is in the stock. That's not Batchoy...I lived in La Paz and that's a very far attempt of cooking our native delicacy...what a shame..
