With video evidence like this I surely hope the families of the passengers sued the hell out of the family of the driver. That was completely .. A totally needless death. The driver was a DAMN fool. I hope he rots in hell for it.

@AmJaxineer I've seen another video of the accident, and it looked and sounded like the engineer did everything (blowing the horn, etc.) by the book. All you can tell the engineer is, "It wasn't your fault."

whats sad is the people arguing in the comments below people lost their lives and we got people showing no respect what so ever yea the driver was an idiot but the others in the car had no control and also the engineers are forever changed no engineer wants to hit anyone and when they do it affects them everyday.
