Machining myself a custom aluminum plenum box for my datsun L28 turbo motor. This box will fit directly on to the TWM ITB's i've installed on the motor.
Cantact me if your interested in a cast aluminum version of this airbox or billet aluminum, or material of your choice. More vid's to come with the unit installed.

  • You might also think about casting this piece to cut down on material and machining time. You might get the cost more reasonable and make a few bucks for yourself.

  • I thought about it but the finish would never be as good as billet.

I'll be adding a billet intake manifold with single throttle body this spring. Maybe people will be more intersted in that.

  • No problem!, I'll message you my e-mail and phone number on ebay.

  • Would it be too much trouble to machine one slightly different? I would love to have one machined for Dellorto DHLA carburetors. All that would need to change is there would need to be a vent tube right next to the left barrel on each pair and there would need to be four bungs added to the top somewhere. One for each carb to pressurize the float bowl and one extra to send a pressure feed to the fuel pressure regulator.

  • Well think of it this way, is there anything else like this available readily on the market? If not then you may have designed something extremely valuable to the after market. And only 24 design hours for something as functional as that! You need to start your own company, or sell your design to a major company. You have some serious talent.

  • yup it took about 24 design hours.

I roughly added up the machine hours and figure if someone is interested i can poduce the unit for about $2400cnd

  • I think this design may be worth quite a bit to you man

  • Well, there is no way i'll send off my design. I can however offer to machine you one. Anyone else interested? I'll will be starting to machine custom 3d parts to fill machine time. Custom LED Tailights, Custom intake, custom heater control panel, ext. Let me know and i can give you a estimate... it wont be cheap tho, material alone was $400.

  • Is there any way I could possibly get you to email me a copy of the CAD file? What is it costing to have such a think machined? Can I get one?

  • I'm the first viewer, really nice man, KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK.
