@garbage1983 Do you go to UCSB? I wouldn't think so. People don't hang out IN the plaza. The stairs you see there lead to the University Center which is UCSB's bookstore. You can't see the crowd of people watching unless the camera man turns around. The plaza was the perfect place to catch people's attention because it means that there is something going on, and they have a lot of space to work with without hurting anyone and hitting people that aren't in it since you can see that it is fast.

Lol, this was pretty good. It's going to be so nice, because I'm pretty much guaranteed acceptance to UCSB because of the ELC program. I'm in the top 4% of my graduating class so I qualified for it and then looked it up on UCSB's website, which states that it will admit all applicants who qualify for ELC. This is in top two for my college pick, fighting between UCSB and University of Hawaii at Manoa. Either way, both are amazing schools.
