Yes, LSA does leave a couple of small scars, usually 2 which are about 5 mm in length. To see photos please look up the blog lasersweatablation(dot)blogspot(dot)com where there are several before and afters already published

Unfortunately not - currently LSA (Laser Sweat Ablation) is only used in the Axilla (underarm) skin
