Game Theory: Call of Duty, Modern War Crimes

Are the heroes in the Call of Duty franchise really war criminals? The Red Cross seems to think so and they want them tried for their crimes. Should they be? Just how guilty are Price, Soap, and Makarov? We're looking at the Geneva Conventions to find out, and I guarantee the answer isn't what you expect.

@TheSorrel Well actually he isnt the only one who has a problem with nintendo its no secret that it cant handle as much as the bigger consoles like Xbox and PS3 the games tend to be less fun and in defence Playing skyword sword was the first time i played my Wii in 2 years...

his proboblum with nintendo is one alot agree with they refuse to evolve and live off of nostalgia half the time and motion gaming can be a bit frustrating... but i dont hate the wii just know its flaws.

Not exactly using Dragon age for a example he insulted it but in his written review page he stated how much he enjoyed it and loved the game.

However I will agree he can be a bit of a ass but calling him a hipster is a bit strong he just dislikes games that do not appeal to him personally his own taste.

Like how I love sonic adventure series but he strongly dislikes it. and for example he loved portal despite its overwhelming popularity.

@DizyCrash No, Yahtzee has allways been harsh on games and had rediculously high standards. That was what people liked about him. BUT he has allways been fair and admitted when a game was good. Nowadays, he just hates on games being hyped or because they belong to a genre that is selling well these days. His Review on Skyward Sword for example was just ignorant. And why does he keep reviewing Multiplayer games without playing the multiplayer? You just can't take him seriously anymore.

@TheSorrel nah yahtzee just HAS to complain about everything cause its his job to be a A-hole nobody likes the episodes ware he talks about how great a game is they log on to see him rip games a new one.

Besides it takes more then hating popular games to be a hipster you also need a victim complex and even that all depends on how you carry yourself.

I personally do get a bit nixed when Yahtzi gets upset when games dont cater to his vary specific qualifications to a good game. but its his job.
