Thanks so much for this tutorial! I'm currently making all 5 of my kids an afghan of their own and asked them what they wanted. My 13 year old son wants an afghan with the Mizzou "M" logo in the center and I'll need to use half grannys. Thanks so much for the magic loop method too! I'm off to visit your blog and other videos!

this comes at a great time. I am doing an afghan, that i was wondering how to do half a square. this is going to work great. Question tho, is there a way to make half a square from side to side instead of corner to corner? thanks!! Great tut.
