The submodules are not completely potted.
Only the PCB section area.
The shells they're encased in are otherwise hollow and the components are usually readily accessible from their top side.
Crack off a case and you may well be able to repair some problems.
Early Arps did encase their submodules in hard epoxy and are almost impossible to repair.
Later Arps used soft silicone rubber inside and can often be completely removed from their casing.

@Synthfool What type of restoration did u do on this???. and the reason i ask is because i wouldn't think it would be possible,i'm told the thing is all potted modules like the ARP 2500,however there is a company who has replacement modules for it,because they sell a modular based on all those potted modules, but Emu has been out of the modular bussiness for years,so how would u replace the potter modules???.

thanks for sharing; i will research this equipment now!

It's not mine.
I'm a synth tech and was restoring it.
I got it from the client that owns it.
I have no idea how much he paid.

@Synthfool Where did you get it and how much?

Too short, I was enjoying it...
Video too short! Chris Youdell from Analog Modular told me that a guy found one of these in a flea market for $250 in 1995. It didn't have the keyboard, and nobody knew what the hell it was.
Lucky stiff, huh?

Stiff, yes. Lucky no.
That person died at 35 of brain cancer.
