This is part 1 of 3 videos covering a single day for me in Medellín, Colombia. Here I show some insights into my work schedule and wrap up with a siesta.
See part 2 & 3 for the more fun parts of the day!

  • What was that reading application that blocks everything out again? I tried googling what I thought it sounded like but I kept finding links to games

  • @YoshiroShin It depends on your system. You can use "Pyroom" since that works on all computers, but there are paid and free versions with names like "Write (or white) room" "dark room" etc.

  • I see your HTLAL label on there... represent!

  • @Liface haha, yeah I get e-mail notification for threads I've written in pretty regularly, so it's better to have it appear like that. I'll be more active again soon as I have another new language mission :)

  • It would be great if you could do a blog and video about what a siesta is. I have no idea, I know it has something to do what Spaniards taking time off from work or something. We'd get fired if we did that here in the west... I know I would.

  • @5Language Will be doing that for sure ;)

  • Hi Benny. I've been watching your videos for the last 2 weeks, they're pretty cool and inspiring.

  • How do I get to travel just like you immmersing in foreign languages for free. Are there grants for me to do so.

  • @5Language Pomodairo. Yes it's free. I'll have more details and links on the blog tomorrow, but Google it and install it (with Adobe Air) :)

  • Hey Benny what's the name of that countdown programme again? Pomo what? Is it free?
