Congressman Murtha's Earmarks - Paid for by You

A recent report by CBS Evening News "follows the money" on Democratic Congressman John Murtha's (D-PA) earmark trail. According to the report, Murtha has used $2 BILLION taxpayer dollars since 1992 to fund his wasteful pork projects. All the while, he received generous campaign contributions from his earmark recipients.

Am I the only one who finds it interesting (yet typical) that in this story Murtha is never identified as a Demrat? If he were GOP you can bet your socks that one of the first words in this report would have been "republican".

Americans need to realize that the Federal Reserve is not a government entity it is a private cartel made-up of the largest US banks. Just look how much money we taxpayers just gave them. Murtha at least has served his country honorably in the military unlike the draft evaders we have as pres and VP now who want to show they are men by sending our troops into harm's way because they didnt have the balls to serve their country themselves..Murtha has always been right about the war even though his latest comment was silly...we are creating a Shiite pro-Iranian govt in Iraq! thanks to US blood and money! that is the bottom line on this silly war
