The Dean Ross alias smear is a lie. Rossi used to tell a story that a dumb political consultant told him that he would have an easier time getting elected if he changed his name to "Dean Ross." Dino told him that was BS.
On a related note, Christine Gregoire would have an easier time getting elected if she changed her name to "Dino Rossi."

First, the spot said he goes by "Dean Ross." That is a lie.
Second, the spot implies that Rossi is contradicting himself by not talking about Plan B. That too is a lie.

How was the spot lying? He is on camera stating the opposite of what you are saying.
The spot is pointing out that he is silent on Plan B. Are you saying he has a position that he has articulated?
