No, it says "The Captain loves Gravel Gertie" Gertie was a character in the Dick Tracy comic strip in the 1940s--it was said that she had a “face that could scare a cat off a fish wagon.”

I seriously doubt if that's what happened aboard the Titanic during it's last hours. Besides, Bugs and Sam were sippin' cocktails in the sun on a Malibu beach at the time.

Not to worry--Poor Sam doesn't have the cognitive depth to stand a chance with that ruthless rodent! Bugs can manipulate Sam without breaking a sweat, while Sam thinks it's his own idea.
