I saw that auction and all i can say is dumbass to the person who bought it. they could have waited a few more months and got one that wasn't 60,000 instead of 648,000

This was on the Barrett-Jackson car auction. It's the worlds first GT500 off the line, so of course someone's going to want to be the first, and the money (at least a good portion of it, I can't really remember) also went to charity.

it was not a one of a kind mustang, it wasnt even that car. It was for the rights to the first one made. Still way too much for a stang and a blower. F430 ftw

One of a kind concept or not... he got SERIOUSLY ripped off. You can buy the car stock with 500HP for $50,000US for f*** sakes!!! And yes, thats accurate, I have a newspaper article stating the facts :P GOD I LOVE THIS CAR... too bad it wasnt in blue.
