Why have the health increasing foods been removed?

I seriously suck at this map, I struggle to get past the "EPIC FAIL" rating and those foods would have helped. Instead I'm getting painkillers all the time and when they run out suddenly I die.

@Dimipoke1 once you take painkillers you need to take one about every 2 minutes because you take damage when they run out.

@derbol That's why I take the painkillers constantly to not die, but I didn't know how long they lasted until I died. I mostly die on my way to get more because they have worn off.

As for the foods, I understand now why you removed them. Thanks for responding.
