Thank you so much for this response.. you don't know how much I appreciate it. It is daunting to know that now the hard part is beginning and I will have to be diligent.
You are right, we have to follow the rules, that is so important. I have trying my best to follow the rules and I know how important it is to make this a lifestyle .. for life.
