Well, Portable Ops Plus didn't, but Portable Ops most certainly did, as it mentioned the origins of FOXHOUND, and it gives an early hint as to Big Boss joining the Patriots.

You're right,but IMAO there are two important things:The first is that Gene give to snake the money and the information needed for the foundation of Outer Heaven,which shoud be cempleted in MPW(Plz,If I'm wrong tell me)the second thing is that he founds the men who wlll found ''Les Militairs sans Frontieres''
