If Canada would have remained French, we would have ended as just another Haiti (albeit much larger) with no sense of morality or honour. (ie Montreal).

Funny you should mention "revisionist history", Northgrant. Those "french cowards" established the first permanent colonies in Canada in 1605 (Port Royal) and 1608 (Québec City), whereas the first permanent English-speaking colony was not established until 1620 in Newfoundland (mainly as a fishing outpost). But considering that Newfoundland itself did not join Confederation until 1949, in terms of mainland Canada, there was no English presence until as late as 1629 in Nova Scotia.

Oh, so now we need permission from a corrupt, racist international tribunal dominated by Eurotrash, minorities and muslims who want us dead in order to defend ourselves...? Uh no thanks, the UN can go to HELL.

Illegal war? Got any proof of that? I hear moronic liberals call it illegal yet never provide evidence. And no, he is not Canadian, he is an "American".

northgrant. "anglosphere"? you sound like a serious xenophobic, or simply racist maybe. which is in no way what Canada is about. so much for being a "true Canadian".
Anglosphere isn't a race so saying you support the Anglosphere isn't racist.
You should read the children's book "A Boy Who Cried Wolf." You're a boy who cried racist.

You are wrong...every war that affects America, also greatly affects Canada's political and economic environment. Moreover, the video may or may not have direct implications about the war in Iraq, or Afghanistan. Personally, I think the video was portraying the SONG!!!! and perhaps a possible linkage to modern circumstances (most likely what Sam Roberts was trying to get across).
