Tai Chi is a martial arts form that focuses on the movement of your muscles, breathing, and the consciousness of how your body weight is distributed with no impact. Tai Chi is offered at PEAC Health & Fitness Mondays and Fridays at 11:15am with PEAC instructor, Terri Layton.
