Twiddlebug mom's voice sort of sounds like Glinda the Good Witch from The Wizard of Oz.

Has any of you noticed that at the end the mom twiddlebug ducks down, the dad says something, but nothing is heard, and you can hear slightly a bit of laughter. Anyone know why?
