  • Wow you look great and you probably have alot of muscle that's why you look so thin at 153. Why do you want to loose weight you look like a woman!

  • Water is so important with weigh lost. Everytime I eat less but without drinking at least 2 liters water I am not losing anything. Everytime I eat less and drinking more than 2 liters water.. MY weight goes down very easily. =)

  • How much water do you drink before and after your meals?

  • Do you use a heart rate monitor to count the calories you've burned? If so, can you tell me what brand it is? Thanks!!!!

  • Don't forget you can burn up to 350 calories on a 45 minute run and burn up a maximum of 600 calories in a full night sleep. Green tea, vinegar, caffeine will help speed up your metabolism

  • Steadily, so it won't be drastic and cause extra, loose skin. Maintain a steady intake of water throughout the day. Drink a liter within the hour before your exercise routine. This allows your body to absorb it and hydrate itself. If you drink too fast, it'll simple exit your body.
