I had to put on my strongest reading glasses to tell, but those trees in the video are definitely portualacaria afra. I should know -- I have a variegated portulacaria afra bonsai happily growing on my coffee table in my living room and I can see it as I type this.

Are they really jade plants? The foliage and branches look like those of portulacaria afra. I've got around 20 jades and none looks like this.

since the leafs on a jade tree are big and thick how do you redude the size of them to be so small?
This can be achived by proper pruning of the jade bonsai tree as well as controlled exposure to sunlight and water.
