www.powertrain-international.com - A short film of "Stig" Perry McCarthy's book launch "Flat out Flat Broke" in London. Perry (the original Stig from Top Gear) asked his friend and old racing rival John Robinson of Powertrain to organise filming of the event. Many motoring and motorsport celebrities were in attendance on the night including Damon Hill, Martin Brundle, Tiff Needell, Jeremy Clarkson and of course "The Stig".

can someone help me out with the title of this book? it suggests to me that perry made very little money and was skint. He got 700 quid a show (4 a week 2800 a month?) and was racing for audi at the time and had a contract worth 200k a year, not exactly broke are you now????
