Corect me if i'm wrong but this is euro-rap (subgenre of rap)..so for me is still rap. As for Snoopy and his album gone quadruple platinum...is all about media, promotion and the old school hip-hop public. C-Block's music is food for thought, their lyrics give you something to think about as for Snoopy, he's rapin' only about money, bitches, money, his gangsters...of, and bitches...C-Block's music gives me goosebumps, Snoopy's music gives me nothing..
But this is only my opinion...

@tomacristian sorry man. this song is very good but has nothing to do with rap. And yeah Snoop Dogg is one of the best. His second album went quadruple platinum, so your judgement that he has 0 talent must be wrong.
