@kari123 Why do U say it's rehearsed? First, her DAD is Canadian & her MOM is from the Philippines. he medium of instruction in the Philippines is English (more on American influence). Rings the bell?? Meaning, she has perfect english grammar. The question is so practical. It's mpromptu,but a contestant has to be witty to answer it knowing that USA is one of the industrialized countries that is hesitant to reduce CO2 emission along with CHINA. Who answered the best? Well, everyone tried her best

Ms. BRazil´s translator was far from good. (her command of English is...) Ms. Mexico, even with her limitations with the language, said wise beautiful things. Perhaps physically Ms. Phil, would be my last choice but people should know that in the Phil they value intelligence a lot more than in other countries. I know , i grew up there. I do too . I´m glad Ms. Phil won.
