So who is actually using this? IDF are certainly credible but they also employ a lot of techniques and tools that are not very practical for the real world. Are there organizations in North America that will put their name behind this product?

This won't work for firefighters because of the SCBA. EMS have stretchers and stairchairs. I can see the hiking applications, but that's minimal. That leaves the military and police.I've obviously never used it but would like to read more before buying
