In this video, David demonstrates how to make home made Bailey's Irish Cream (while slightly tipsy!) With special appearance by the devine Miss T as "The Tester" :)

INGREDIENTS:

Double Cream (Very Thick Full Fat Whole Cream)
Milk
Chocolate Ice Cream Topping (or Syrup)
Instant Coffee Powder
Whiskey (or similar spirit)

  • I have been making this for a few years you missed out the condensed milk (1small tin)and the eggs (2) and I use single cream so you get an almost exact likeness to the brand drink enjoy merry xmas..

  • @jamesreiger actually there is, all liquid flavorings have a small amount of alcohol, even vanilla extract has it, but it really isn't a lot, it's probably around 0.0004% APV
