Dr.Pillai, Baba has requested use of Ghee Light (Lamps)
Here is a How to video for those who are new to this type of candle (lamp) light http://pillaicenter.com
thank you to: kpradheep (channel)
for their "Lighting Lamp"
5 directional lamp video.
Now You may...
...show the light clockwise three times to Sacred Statue or Photo,
and also other statues or pics you are using and your sacred linga if you have one
These tools have helped my life so i shared my experience with the lamps however i am still learning as a student the "how to" myself and some of the teachings shown are from other students in practice within Dr. Pillai's 'Baba's' Communities.
I am most thankful to Deva Shree for the Gifting of my big Lamp and to Dr. Baskaran Pillai
for these tools and teachings.

  • Thankyou. I enjoyed seeing all your different lamps very much. Very peaceful. :) And now I'm going to try the cotton wool wick! Do you think it's ok to coil copper wire around it to keep it upright?

  • @RaimonSylvie _thank you for your support..Hum not sure about copper wire, but i am interested in hearing how it goes..pleaseinform 'how it works' best regards!

  • @9Harini

The copper coil worked well! Helped to control the flame. I pinched it tight to keep the flame smaller. Thanks for all the lovely ideas.

  • @Gavriel0 thank you, I keep mine going 24/7 even when i am not home my lamp is on..i trust all is safe held in divine Grace.

However some may want to let it burn down after their offers.

  • Wow that's really pretty

  • thank you

when i was tibetan buddhist, we wouldnt extinguish the lamp was it was an offering... so just asking :)

  • @Gavriel0 yes you may

  • After Aarti, can you snuff out the lamp so as to preserve the ghee/wick?

    Namaste
