  • isn't this pilates, good workout but not sure how this is yoga?

  • @kmwashatka Don't hold me to this, but from what I've been told, it's better to keep your leg straight no matter what. You may not be able to bring it in close for a while but you'll gradually increase in flexibility as you continue.

  • Holla! Have you tried the Fat Blast Furnace (google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate lost a ton of fat.

  • My lower back does not want to stay on the ground! Any suggestions? I can feel it lifting.

  • I have a question, when you should be stretching with a straight leg (such as the opening stretch) is it better to bend it a little so as to pull it closer, or keep it straight no matter how little you can bring it in? thanks!

  • Hi Tara! Been following your routines since to supplement my triathlon training. I don't have any formal yoga training but I kinda like the results. Awesome!

Hoping you could whip up specific routines that triathletes can use after a long and hard swim/bike/run training session or simply a post-race thingie.

    Thanks and more power!

  • @AryonBrayec to be fair, he did say "that is what I call..." so really, it was pretty straight-forwardly his opinion and not an over-all declaration. I wouldn't sass him for it, everyone has opinions, someone probably finds you perfect, too. :)

  • @whelatz Yeah, she does have a perfect body if you're looking for perfectly toned with no fat at all. However, most people like bodies that have moderate healthy fat so that the woman has breasts and hips (Tara does have an ass, she just lacks the first two). This is no means hating on Tara, but most people don't have her body type, with or without fat, so to call her body perfect is telling everyone else this is what they should go for, when they can't.

  • I love your vids; yoga has really calmed me down and given me a workout i enjoy. please keep posting new yummy health recipes on your Tumblr!!!

  • i want a top like that, with a girl in it
